RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All Ionian Treasures purchased must be returned to us within 14 days of date of purchase to qualify for a refund or exchange. Please note for hygiene reasons we do not accept exchanges or returns for earrings, hair accessories, custom placed orders or any crochet Items as they are custom orders direct from Greece.
All customer returns are at the customers expense and must be returned in their original condition Unless items are faulty. All items must be returned undamaged, unworn and provided in the original packaging as received. We do not offer refund or exchanges on any sale or clearance or items free gifts with purchase. It is the customers responsibility to provide correct and accurate information when placing an order with Ionian Treasures Brand. Ionian Treasures Brand takes no liability if any incorrect address shipping information is provided for purchases and returns or lost damaged parcels in transit with postage provider. When placing an order please be cautious as amendments cannot be made once the order is placed and payed for. WARRANTY& FAULTY ITEMS POLICY
JEWELLERY
All Ionian Treasures Jewellery Products come with a warranty period of 3 months.
This warranty period is effective immediately from the date of receiving goods and covers any manufacturing faults or defects. We carefully check all items upon receiving them and packing them with love and care for all orders.Please keep in mind discolouration in jewellery after washing or cleaning item incorrectly is not a manufacturing fault we strongly encourage all our customers to follow and read our product aftercare information carefully you can find on our Product Aftercare Page on our website. Ionian treasures will gladly offer a replacement or refund for any approved Faulty Item once the item has been closely assessed by Ionian Treasures and within the Warranty period. If you have received any faulty products upon arrival of delivery , we will gladly offer a refund or replacement please contact us as soon as possible with proof of purchase and product photo we will directly contact you to assist you with the enquiry.

CROCHETS
Please Keep in mind as mentioned above Ionian Treasures does not accept refunds or exchanges on any Crochet items as they are custom made from Greece. Fabric/ fraying or discolouration after washing crochet items incorrectly and not as per care instructions provided on our site is not a manufacturing fault and will not be covered by warranty. Ionian Treasures crochets are all hand made and packaged with care we recommend all our customers to follow our product aftercare information carefully. All Ionian Treasures Crochet Items are carefully checked and assessed before packaging to be sent out for orders. If you have received any faulty Crochet products we will gladly offer a refund or replacement please contact us as soon as possible with proof of purchase and product photo we will directly contact you to assist you with the enquiry.
